Indian Chopped Salad


A refreshing vegan side salad packed with healthy vegetables, lime and coriander.

The ingredient of Indian Chopped Salad

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers halved sliced
  • 6 radishes halved sliced
  • 400g can coles brand chickpeas rinsed drained
  • 400g can coles brand lentils rinsed drained
  • 2 3 cup coriander chopped plus extra leaves to serve
  • 1 1 2 tbsp lime juice

The Instruction of indian chopped salad

  • heat the oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat cook the cumin seeds for 1 min or until fragrant cool
  • place onion cucumber radish chickpeas lentils chopped coriander and lime juice in a bowl drizzle with cumin mixture season toss to combine top with coriander leaves
