The ingredient of Mulled Rose Recipe
- 1 orange halved
- 750ml bottle rosu00e9 wine
- 1 1 2 cups 375ml clear apple juice
- 1 4 cup 55g caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks or quills
- 3 whole star anise
- 1 2 cup 125ml cherry brandy or grand marnier
- 1 small pink lady apple very thinly sliced
The Instruction of mulled rose recipe
- use a vegetable peeler to peel 4 strips of rind from 1 orange half avoiding white pith then juice the half chop the remaining orange half
- place orange rind orange juice and chopped orange in a saucepan add wine apple juice sugar vanilla cloves cinnamon and star anise place over medium heat and bring to a simmer reduce heat to low cook for 5 mins or until aromatic remove from heat
- add brandy or grand marnier and apple and stir to combine divide among serving glasses serve immediately
