Lemonade


A street stall favourite and an ideal mid-afternoon referesher, home-made lemonade is always a winner.

The ingredient of Lemonade

  • 3 4 cup sugar
  • juice of 2 lemons approximately 1 3 cup

The Instruction of lemonade

  • place sugar in a large saucepan with 1 litre cold water and lemon juice place over medium heat
  • stir constantly for 4 5 minutes or until all the sugar has dissolved bring to the boil then lower the heat simmer for 6 8 minutes remove from the heat and refrigerate until completely chilled
  • serve the lemonade with plenty of ice and crushed kaffir lime leaves if available
