Spanish Seafood Soup


For a simple yet delicious meal try this Spanish-inspired hot soup.

The ingredient of Spanish Seafood Soup

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 red capsicum deeded finely chopped
  • 1l campbells real soup base spanish
  • 12 mussels de bearded
  • 12 green prawns
  • 200g firm white fish such as snapper or ling cubed
  • 1 4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • aioli to serve

The Instruction of spanish seafood soup

  • heat oil in a large saucepan and cook onion garlic and capsicum for 3 minutes or until tender
  • add the campbells real soup base bring to the boil add the mussels prawns and fish return to the boil and simmer until the mussels open and prawns and fish are cooked about 3 5 minutes
  • stir through the parsley before serving
  • serve with aioli optional
