This raw, vegan dessert uses cashew nuts to create a luscious cream-like filliing.
The ingredient of Raw Berry And Pear Crumble With Vanilla Cashew Cream
- 250g punnet strawberries halved or quartered
- 125g punnet blueberries
- 2 pears thinly sliced
- 1 2 cup 40g shredded coconut
- 1 2 cup 45g rolled oats
- 1 4 cup 50g raw cashews
- 1 4 cup 40g natural almonds
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup 150g raw cashews
- 1 4 cup 60ml agave syrup plus extra to serve
- 1 4 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 4 cup 60ml water
The Instruction of raw berry and pear crumble with vanilla cashew cream
- to make the cashew cream place all ingredients in a blender or use a sticker mixer and blend on high for 4 minutes or until smooth refrigerate and set aside
- to make the crumble place the almonds and cashews in a small food processor and process until finely chopped place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine
- to serve divide the fruit between 4 bowls spoon over the cashew cream and crumble mixture drizzle with extra agave syrup
