One of the cheapest and quickest dishes to make, this side adds crunch and colour to the food, and is packed with vitamin C.
The ingredient of Ginger Stir Fried Chinese Greens
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 bunches baby choy sum ends trimmed cut into 10cm lengths
- 1 bunch baby buk choy ends trimmed
- 185ml 3 4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
The Instruction of ginger stir fried chinese greens
- heat the oil in a wok over medium high heat add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds or until aromatic
- add the choy sum and buk choy and stir fry for 3 minutes or until just wilted
- add the oyster sauce and sesame oil and toss until well combined transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately
