This recipe transforms filled agnolotti into finger food with a breadcrumb crust.
The ingredient of Crunchy Agnolotti Bites
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 3 4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 12 fresh ricotta and spinach agnolotti pasta
- rice bran oil for deep frying
- spicy tomato sauce to serve see note
The Instruction of crunchy agnolotti bites
- place flour on a plate place egg in a bowl place breadcrumbs on a plate carefully coat agnolotti in flour shaking off excess dip agnolotti into egg then coat well in breadcrumbs place on a tray lined with baking paper
- pour enough oil into a medium heavy based saucepan until it is 4cm up side of pan heat oil over medium high heat cook agnolotti in batches for 2 minutes or until golden transfer to a plate lined with paper towel serve with sauce
