Chocolate Delight

Dessert is ready in 10 with this microwave chocolate delight. Switch up the toppings for what you have on hand in this speedy treat.

The ingredient of Chocolate Delight

• 40g 1 4 cup self raising flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp shredded coconut
• 1 tbsp nestlu00e9 bakersu2019 choice dark choc bits
• 1 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 60ml 1 4 cup vegetable oil
• 60ml 1 4 cup milk
• mini marshmallows to top
• chopped roasted unsalted peanuts to sprinkle
• vanilla ice cream to serve
• chocolate sauce to drizzle

The Instruction of chocolate delight

• combine flour cocoa powder brown sugar coconut and choc bits in a 300ml heatproof mug add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt gently stir in oil and milk until combined
• place mug on a heatproof plate microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds top with a few mini marshmallows and microwave on high for a further 30 seconds or until cake is cooked through serve sprinkled with peanuts topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce
