The ingredient of Dill Lemon And Tofu
- 300g silken tofu drained
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 8 baby gherkins cornichons finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- pita bread to serve

- in a bowl beat tofu until smooth
- fold lemon zest and juice gherkins dill chives and garlic in tofu until well combined
