Moroccan Style Marinade


The key to creating the most flavoursome kebabs is to marinate them before cooking them.

The ingredient of Moroccan Style Marinade

  • 80ml 1 3 cup olive oil
  • 60ml 1 4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tsp sweet mild paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp bought chopped chilli
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over the marinade cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate
