Chocolate Easter Muffins

These decorated Easter chocolate cupcakes are quick, simple and cute.

• 3 4 cup icing sugar sifted
• 15g butter at room temperature
• 1 tbsp golden syrup
• 2 tsp milk
• 4 1 pkt double choc muffins
• 8 mint chip chocolate mini easter eggs chopped

• place icing sugar in a medium bowl add butter golden syrup and milk and mix to form a smooth icing
• spread over muffins top each with chopped easter egg
