The ingredient of Lemon Sherbet Lolly Margarita Recipe

  • 50g lemon sherbet lollies
  • 300ml triple sec liqueur
  • 150ml lemon juice
  • 10g crushed salt
  • ice to serve
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 250g lemon sherbet lollies
  • 700ml tequila

  • to make the lemon sherbet mix drop lollies into a 1l jar pour in tequila and seal with a lid leave to sit shaking occasionally for 24 48 hours
  • to make 1 margarita fill a cocktail shaker with ice add 60ml lemon sherbet mix 30ml triple sec and 15ml lemon juice shake well repeat step to make up to 10 cocktails
  • use a mortar and pestle to crush lollies into a very fine powder stir in salt and spread over a plate run a wedge of lemon around the rim of a margarita glass and invert to coat rim in lolly mixture
  • pour the lemon tequila mixture into the glass serve
