Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur


Inspired by the classic Baileys liqueur, this creamy drink features the sweetness of condensed milk with a hint of chocolate.

The ingredient of Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur

  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 250ml 1 cup thickened cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 125ml 1 2 cup irish whiskey

The Instruction of homemade irish cream liqueur

  • combine the condensed milk cream vanilla and cocoa powder in a small saucepan over medium heat cook whisking for 5 minutes or until the mixture comes to a simmer simmer for 3 5 minutes or until thickened slightly set aside to cool
  • stir in the whiskey transfer to a sterilised bottle store in the fridge for up to 1 week
