  • 600g sebago potatoes peeled grated
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 shortcut bacon rashers finely chopped
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 2 cup plain flour
  • 1 2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp rice bran oil
  • 1 4 cup extra light sour cream
  • extra thinly sliced green onions to serve
  • salad to serve

  • combine potato peas bacon onion and flour in a bowl season with salt and pepper add milk and eggs mix well
