  • 2 green tea bags
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 3 tsp white sugar
  • 1 2 cup soy milk

The Instruction of green chai

  • empty contents of tea bags into saucepan add cardamom cinnamon cloves sugar and 1 1 2 cups of cold water bring to the boil over medium high heat reduce heat to medium low simmer stirring for 5 minutes or until aromatic
  • add soy milk simmer stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until hot strain into 2 heatproof glasses or cups serve
