The ingredient of Chilli Corn Fritters With Tomato Salsa
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 420g can corn kernels drained rinsed
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 small red chilli deseeded finely chopped
- 1 3 cup alfa one rice bran oil
- 3 tomatoes deseeded finely diced
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 3 cup fresh coriander leaves
