2 Ingredient Vegan Condensed Milk


This simple homemade condensed milk recipe needs only 2 ingredients. Use it in all your favourite slice and fudge recipes.

  • 2 x 400ml cans coconut milk
  • 1 cup caster sugar

The Instruction of 2 ingredient vegan condensed milk

  • combine coconut milk and caster sugar in a large heavy based saucepan over medium heat cook stirring often for 8 minutes until sugar has dissolved and mixture comes to a simmer
  • reduce heat to medium low simmer stirring often for 40 minutes or until mixture thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon mixture should resemble thick custard remove from heat allow to cool transfer to an airtight container
