The ingredient of Creamy Rocket And Basil Pesto
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 25g 1 3 cup parmesan shredded
- 20g baby rocket leaves
- 2 tbsp pine nuts toasted
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 125ml 1 2 cup olive oil
- 125ml 1 2 cup thickened cream

- process 1 cup fresh basil leaves 25g 1 3 cup shredded parmesan 20g baby rocket leaves 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts and 1 crushed garlic clove in a food processor until finely chopped
- with the motor running gradually add 125ml 1 2 cup olive oil until a smooth paste forms transfer to a large bowl heat 125ml 1 2 cup thickened cream in a large frying pan over medium heat until it almost boils stir in the pesto until warmed
