  • whisk flour and caster sugar together in a bowl add butter milk egg and vanilla whisk until well combined batter will be quite thick
  • preheat pie maker spoon 1 teaspoon brown sugar into each hole drizzle each with 1 teaspoon extra butter arrange 2 pieces of pineapple over sugar mixture carefully placing 1 cherry in the centre spoon 2 tablespoons of batter on top close lid cook for 8 10 minutes or until browned and firm to touch
