Indulge the kids this Christmas with these deliciously easy reindeer cupcakes. Santas favourite!
The ingredient of Reindeer Cupcakes
- 540g pkt betty crocker devilu2019s food cake mix
- 3 coles australian free range eggs
- 1 3 cup 80ml vegetable oil
- 3 4 cup 185ml water
- 1 cup betty crocker creamy deluxe vanilla frosting
- 1 4 cup 35g coles dark choc buttons melted
- coles funny face icing figurines eyes only to decorate
- red jelly beans to decorate
- chocolate writing icing to decorate
The Instruction of reindeer cupcakes
- preheat oven to 180u00b0c line 16 holes of two 12 hole u2153 cup 80ml muffin pans with paper cases
- prepare the cake mix using the eggs oil and water following packet directions spoon batter evenly among paper cases bake for 20 mins or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean set aside in pans for 5 mins before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely
- place the chocolate frosting sachet from the cake mix packet and the vanilla frosting in a bowl stir until well combined spread icing over cupcakes and smooth the surface
- line a baking tray with baking paper place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water donu2019t let the bowl touch the water stir until chocolate melts transfer to a sealable plastic bag cut off 1 corner and pipe 32 antlers onto the lined tray place in the fridge for 5 mins or until set
- arrange the antlers and eyes on the cupcakes use jelly beans to make noses use chocolate writing icing to draw a mouth on each cupcake
