Milo Mi Su


This no-bake tiramisu is layered with Milo-soaked biscuits, so you can skip the coffee and booze. Serve with a long spoon to reach all the layers!

The ingredient of Milo Mi Su

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 4 cup milo plus extra to sprinkle
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1 2 cup icing sugar mixture
  • 16 savoiardi sponge finger biscuits
  • 200g fresh strawberries
  • dark chocolate shaved into curls to decorate

The Instruction of milo mi su

  • place the milk and milo in a jug stiru00a0until the milo dissolves
  • use a balloon whisk to whisk the cream mascarpone and icing sugar in a large bowl until soft peaks form spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 2cmu00a0star nozzle
  • break the biscuits into small pieces andu00a0divide half between the bases of four 350mlu00a0serving glasses pour in half the milo mixture pipe over half the cream mixture
  • reserve 4 strawberries hull and chop theu00a0remaining strawberries top each cream mixture layer with half the strawberry pieces then sprinkle with a little extra milo layer with remaining biscuit pieces milo mixture and remaining strawberry pieces pipe theu00a0remaining cream mixture over the strawberry layer
  • sprinkle tops with a little extra milo and add a reserved strawberry to each glass decorate with chocolate curls place in theu00a0fridge for 1 hour to chill then serve
