Frozen Strawberry Margarita

Your guests will love the strawberry twist to this classic margarita.

The ingredient of Frozen Strawberry Margarita

• 1 tbsp caster sugar
• 1 tbsp boiling water
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• caster sugar extra to serve
• 1 x 250g punnet strawberries washed hulled quartered
• 1 1 2 cups ice cubes
• 125ml 1 2 cup tequila
• 60ml 1 4 cup cointreau liqueur

The Instruction of frozen strawberry margarita

• place sugar and water in a heatproof bowl stir until sugar dissolves place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill
• place the lime juice in a small bowl place the extra caster sugar on a plate dip rims of 4 martini glasses into the juice then into the sugar to coat
• place the sugar syrup strawberry ice cubes tequila cointreau and remaining lime juice in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth
• divide the margarita among prepared glasses and serve
