Dairy Free Classic Macaroni Cheese


Macaroni cheese is the perfect comfort food and this dairy-free version wont disappoint!

The ingredient of Dairy Free Classic Macaroni Cheese

  • 400g dried macaroni pasta
  • 50g dairy free butter
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 cups 500ml so goodu2122 regular soy milk
  • 250g 2 cups dairy free cheese
  • chopped parsley to serve

The Instruction of dairy free classic macaroni cheese

  • cook the macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente
  • meanwhile melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the flour cook stirring for 1 minute gradually add the milk stirring until smooth stir gently until the mixture comes just to the boil reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes until thickened remove from the heat add the grated cheese and stir until melted and smooth
  • drain the pasta and return to the pan pour cheese sauce over the pasta and stir until well coated season and serve immediately sprinkled with parsley
