The ingredient of Mango And Passionfruit Syrup

  • 1 large 480g mango cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 1 4 cups caster sugar
  • 6 passionfruit halved

The Instruction of mango and passionfruit syrup

  • place mango sugar and 1 1 2 cups cold water in a medium saucepan over medium low heat cook stirring for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved
  • increase heat to high bring to the boil reduce heat to medium low simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until slightly thickened cool
  • strain through a fine sieve into a jug discard solids stir in passionfruit pulp refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled
