  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 70g 1 u20444 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 500g peeled green prawns tails intact
  • 2 red onions cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 20g 1 u20444 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 long fresh red chilli thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 250g green beans
  • 200g snow peas
  • 100g baby spinach

  • combine cumin yoghurt and 1 tbs lime juice in a shallow dish add prawns and turn to coat set aside for 10 minutes to marinate
