The ingredient of Thermomix Cheese And Bacon Cob Loaf Dip Recipe
- 1 cob loaf 20 cm
- 200g vintage cheddar cut into 3cm cubes
- 1 spring onion trimmed and cut into halves
- 200g rindless bacon rashers trimmed and cut into pieces
- 20g olive oil
- 250g cream cheese softened and cut into pieces
- 250g sour cream

- preheat oven to 180c line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside
- slice off the top of the cob loaf to form a lid then scoop out the bread from the centre leaving 1 1 2 cm thick edge around the outside tear bread into bite sized pieces and set aside
- place cheddar and spring onion shallot into mixing bowl and chop 10 sec speed 9 transfer into a bowl and set aside
- place bacon and olive oil into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec speed 7 scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook 5 min 90c speed 1
- add cream cheese sour cream and reserved grated cheese mixture and combine 15 sec speed 3
- transfer dip mixture into cob loaf and top with lid wrap cob loaf in aluminium foil then place onto prepared baking tray and bake for 45 minutes
- place reserved bread pieces around the outside of the cob loaf on baking tray then bake for a further 15 minutes serve immediately
