The ingredient of Scotch Of The Antarctic
- 125ml 1 2 cup thickened cream
- 125ml 1 2 cup scotch whisky
- 2 tbsp raw caster sugar
- 1l 4 cups freshly brewed espresso coffee chilled
- 1 tsp cocoa powder sifted
- pinch ground nutmeg
- chocolate latte sticks ballantyne brand to serve

- use an electric beater to whisk the thickened cream in a large bowl until firm peaks form
- combine 1 1 2 tablespoons of the whisky and 2 teaspoons of the sugar in the base of each of four 310ml 1 1 4 cup capacity serving glasses pour over the coffee and stir to combine
- top each coffee with a dollop of whipped cream combine cocoa and nutmeg in a fine sieve and sprinkle over cream serve with latte sticks
