The haloumi and caesar dressing is perfectly balanced by avocado, apple and walnuts, making this lavish vegetarian salad a super satisfying meal!
The ingredient of Easter Haloumi And Avocado Salad
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 100g haloumi cut into 2cm pieces
- 1 4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 4 tsp mild paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 baby gem lettuce leaves separated
- 1 avocado sliced
- 2 red delicious apples thinly sliced crossways
- 4 soft boiled eggs halved
- 1 2 cup coles caesar dressing
- 1 4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 4 cup dried cranberries
The Instruction of easter haloumi and avocado salad
- heat oil in large frying pan over medium high heat cook haloumi for 4 minutes turning until browned all over transfer to a plate
- add walnuts to same pan cook stirring until toasted add paprika and sugar cook stirring for 2 minutes or until walnuts are caramelised remove from heat
- place lettuce on a large serving platter top with avocado apple haloumi and egg drizzle with dressing serve sprinkled with parmesan cranberries and walnuts
