Easter Haloumi And Avocado Salad


The haloumi and caesar dressing is perfectly balanced by avocado, apple and walnuts, making this lavish vegetarian salad a super satisfying meal!

The ingredient of Easter Haloumi And Avocado Salad

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 100g haloumi cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 4 tsp mild paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 baby gem lettuce leaves separated
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 red delicious apples thinly sliced crossways
  • 4 soft boiled eggs halved
  • 1 2 cup coles caesar dressing
  • 1 4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 4 cup dried cranberries

The Instruction of easter haloumi and avocado salad

  • heat oil in large frying pan over medium high heat cook haloumi for 4 minutes turning until browned all over transfer to a plate
  • add walnuts to same pan cook stirring until toasted add paprika and sugar cook stirring for 2 minutes or until walnuts are caramelised remove from heat
  • place lettuce on a large serving platter top with avocado apple haloumi and egg drizzle with dressing serve sprinkled with parmesan cranberries and walnuts
