  • 3 4 cup white rum
  • 1 litre chilled mango nectar
  • 1 1 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 yellow peaches cut into thin wedges
  • 1 litre chilled lemonade
  • fresh mint leaves to serve
  • ice cubes to serve
