Caramilk Hot Chocolate Recipe


Its easier than you think to turn a block of Caramilk into creamy hot chocolate - simply melt the milk and Caramilk together slowly for the perfect winter warmer. Tip: dont let the milk cool down too much before adding the whipped cream if you like your hot chocolate super creamy.

The ingredient of Caramilk Hot Chocolate Recipe

  • 180g block caramilk chocolate
  • 500ml milk
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream to serve

  • chop 160g of the caramilk into chunks and add to a saucepan with the milk chop remaining 20g caramilk into slivers and set aside
  • heat the milk and caramilk over low heat stir for 5 mins or until caramilk melts and mixture is smooth and heated through remove from heat
  • pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs top with cream and reserved caramilk serve immediately
