  • 200g streaky bacon organic chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley leaves plus extra to serve

  • 250g zucchini noodles
  • 200g carrot noodles

  • cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions drain reserving 125ml 1u20442 cup of the cooking liquid
