The ingredient of Warm Apple Pancetta Walnut Salad
- 1 4 cup 25g walnuts
- 8 slices 100g pancetta or prosciutto
- 2 golden delicious or granny smith apples cored peeled and sliced
- 200g packet gourmet salad
- 1 4 cup 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 4 cup 60ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp shaved parmesan cheese
The Instruction of warm apple pancetta walnut salad
- toast the walnuts in a frying pan over a medium heat tossing until fragrant remove and set aside
- add the pancetta and cook until crisp remove and set aside tear into rough pieces add the apples cook on both sides until golden
- combine the walnuts torn pancetta apples and salad leaves in a large bowl whisk the extra virgin olive oil apple cider vinegar and sugar in a small bowl pour the dressing over the salad to serve scatter with the parmesan
