The ingredient of Chicken And Pecan Sandwiches
- 2 350g chicken breast fillets trimmed
- 1 celery stalk trimmed finely chopped
- 1 3 cup pecan nuts toasted finely chopped
- 1 3 cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 8 slices white bread
- 1 2 small baby butter lettuce leaves separated
- 4 slices wholemeal bread

- place chicken in a saucepan cover with cold water bring to the boil over medium heat reduce heat to low simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through remove from pan cool finely chop combine chicken celery pecans and mayonnaise in a bowl
