Thai Chicken Wraps


Wrap Thai chicken meatballs in little lettuce parcels for quick and easy finger food.

The ingredient of Thai Chicken Wraps

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger peeled finely chopped
  • 1 stalk lemongrass white part only finely chopped
  • 1 4 cup fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp rice bran oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 baby cos lettuce hearts leaves separated you will need 24 leaves
  • lime wedges to serve

The Instruction of thai chicken wraps

  • combine chicken mince garlic ginger lemongrass mint lime rind soy sauce and breadcrumbs in a bowl season with salt and pepper using wet hands shape level tablespoons of mixture into small patties place on a plate
  • heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat cook patties in batches for 4 to 5 minutes turning or until golden and cooked through drain on paper towel lined plate set aside to cool
  • combine sweet chilli sauce and lime juice in a bowl
  • place a patty on each lettuce leaf drizzle with a small amount of dressing serve with lime wedges
