This sensational noodle dish is a quick, healthy vegetarian dish that the whole family will enjoy.
The ingredient of Korean Bowl
- 200g sweet potato noodles see note
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 brown onion thinly sliced
- 4 cups mixed vegetables chopped
- 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp salt reduced soy sauce
- 6 eggs
- 1 4 cup kimchi see note
- 300g silken firm tofu sliced
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds toasted see note
The Instruction of korean bowl
- cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender drain and rinse under running water
- meanwhile heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat stir fry onion for 2 minutes or until lightly charred and just tender set aside add chopped vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes add garlic and stir fry for another minute or until vegetables are just tender return onion to pan with soy sauce and sesame oil and stir fry to coat
- meanwhile heat remaining vegetable oil in a large non stick frying pan over medium high heat cook eggs for 2 3 minutes or until white is set
- divide noodles between 4 bowls arrange stir fried vegetables egg kimchi and tofu over noodles sprinkle with sesame seeds
