Iced VoVo Slushie Recipe


Chill out with an all-out Aussie berry-coco concoction, made for a heatwave!

The ingredient of Iced Vovo Slushie Recipe

  • 75ml 11 u20442 cups coconut milk
  • 250ml 1 cup coconut water
  • 125g 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 55g 1 u20444 cup caster sugar
  • whipped cream to serve
  • strawberry topping to serve
  • shredded coconut to serve
  • iced vo vo biscuits to serve

The Instruction of iced vovo slushie recipe

  • pour 375ml 11 u20442 cups coconut milk into a shallow airtight container
  • freeze for at least 2 3 hours or until fifirm
  • blend the frozen coconut milk 250ml 1 cup coconut water 125g 1 cup frozen raspberries and 55g 1 u20444 cup caster sugar in a blender until smooth
  • pour into 2 serving glasses
  • top the slushies with whipped cream
  • drizzle over strawberry topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut
  • decorate straws with iced vo vo biscuits to serve
