Chill out with an all-out Aussie berry-coco concoction, made for a heatwave!
The ingredient of Iced Vovo Slushie Recipe
- 75ml 11 u20442 cups coconut milk
- 250ml 1 cup coconut water
- 125g 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 55g 1 u20444 cup caster sugar
- whipped cream to serve
- strawberry topping to serve
- shredded coconut to serve
- iced vo vo biscuits to serve
The Instruction of iced vovo slushie recipe
- pour 375ml 11 u20442 cups coconut milk into a shallow airtight container
- freeze for at least 2 3 hours or until fifirm
- blend the frozen coconut milk 250ml 1 cup coconut water 125g 1 cup frozen raspberries and 55g 1 u20444 cup caster sugar in a blender until smooth
- pour into 2 serving glasses
- top the slushies with whipped cream
- drizzle over strawberry topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut
- decorate straws with iced vo vo biscuits to serve
