Creamy Parmesan Potato Mash


A little bit of parmesan takes potato mash to a delicious new level.

The ingredient of Creamy Parmesan Potato Mash

  • 1kg potatoes see note peeled diced
  • 100g butter chopped
  • 200ml pouring cream
  • 50g parmesan cheese finely grated

The Instruction of creamy parmesan potato mash

  • cook potatoes in a saucepan of boiling salted water over medium high heat for 10 minutes or until tender drain in a colander
  • return potatoes to warm saucepan shake saucepan over low heat for 30 seconds or until excess moisture evaporates remove from heat
  • using a potato masher roughly mash potatoes gradually add butter and mash until smooth add cream and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth season with salt and pepper stir in parmesan cheese serve
