  • 155g 1 1 2 cups walnut halves
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 80ml 1 3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 240g goats cheese
  • 1 french bread stick baguette cut diagonally into 12 slices
  • 2 witlof halved lengthways leaves separated
  • 1 bunch watercress sprigs picked
