Buffalo Chicken Salad


Spice up your menu with this feisty buffalo chicken salad.

The ingredient of Buffalo Chicken Salad

  • 12 chicken tenders or 2 large chicken breasts cut lengthways in 2cm strips
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup hot chilli sauce
  • 2 large carrots grated or shaved into ribbons with vegetable peeler
  • 3 large celery sticks thinly sliced
  • 1 red delicious apple cored and thinly sliced
  • 200g mixed leaf salad
  • 1 2 cup praise deli style ranch dressing

The Instruction of buffalo chicken salad

  • combine the salt garlic and chilli sauce in a bowl then coat over chicken strips cover with cling film and marinate in the fridge for 3 hours
  • after 3 hours preheat oven to 220 degrees c line a baking tray with foil and place a wire rack on top spray the rack with cooking oil place chicken on the wire rack and spray with cooking oil bake for 10 minutes before turning and spraying again then baking for another 5 minutes
  • mix the shaved carrots sliced celery apple and mixed leaves in a bowl top with chicken strips and praise deli style ranch dressing
