• 210g nestlu00c9 bakers choice dark choc melts
• 150ml pouring cream

The Instruction of chocolate ganache

• place dark chocolate melts in a heatproof bowl bring cream just to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat pour the cream over chocolate set aside for 1 minute stir until smooth set aside until set
