  • 3 ripe bananas peeled chopped
  • 2 3 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup 250ml light coconut milk
  • 1 3 cup 35g desiccated coconut
  • 1 2 cup 125g crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
