The ingredient of Power Smoothie
- 2 large ripe bananas roughly chopped
- 1 2 cup reduced fat plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp synergy natural super greens powder see note
- 2 tsp honey optional
- 1 1 2 cups reduced fat milk

- blend banana yoghurt rolled oats super greens honey if using and milk together until smooth pour into chilled glasses serve
