Spiced Bircher Muesli


This simple bircher muesli with cardamom yoghurt provides the perfect start to the day.

The ingredient of Spiced Bircher Muesli

  • 3 fresh dates pitted chopped
  • 1 1 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 4 tsp ground cardamom plus extra to sprinkle
  • 150g tub vaalia probiotic yoghurt french vanilla
  • 1 4 cup muesli plus extra to sprinkle

The Instruction of spiced bircher muesli

  • combine dates orange juice and muesli in a small bowl mix cardamom through yoghurt
  • spoon half of date mixture into a jar or serving bowl top with half of yoghurt mixture repeat layers finish with a sprinkle of extra muesli and cardamom if you like
