Orange Scented Hot Chocolate

A little orange rind gives beautiful flavour and aroma to this warming hot chocolate.

• 2 cups milk
• 4 thick strips orange rind
• 100g dark chocolate chopped
• 1 tbsp caster sugar
• 1 2 cup whipped cream

• combine milk orange rind chocolate and sugar in a saucepan heat stirring until chocolate has melted and milk nearly boils stand for 5 minutes remove and discard orange rind pour into warmed glasses top with cream serve
