Loaded Honey Hot Chocolate Recipe


Take humble winter drinks to the next level with this loaded honey hot chocolate that blends chocolate and crunch into an explosion of flavour.

The ingredient of Loaded Honey Hot Chocolate Recipe

  • 2 tsp honey
  • 50g honeycomb chocolate bar
  • 1 sachet cadbury instant hot choc blend chocolate
  • 200ml boiling water
  • 5 marshmallows lightly toasted
  • 1 4 cup 60ml double cream lightly whipped
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • natural honeycomb to serve optional

The Instruction of loaded honey hot chocolate recipe

  • brush edge of a heatproof serving glass with honey freeze for 10 mins
  • finely chop half the chocolate bar and place in a small bowl cut the remaining chocolate bar into shards
  • stir the hot choc sachet and boiling water in a heatproof jug until smooth
  • remove glass from the freezer and dip the edge in chopped chocolate bar pour the hot chocolate mixture into the glass top with 2 of the marshmallows
  • place cream and vanilla in a bowl gently fold to combine spoon over the hot chocolate serve with chocolate bar shards remaining marshmallows and natural honeycomb if using
