Fresh Citrus Soda


Feel better inside and out with this refreshing summer drink.

The ingredient of Fresh Citrus Soda

  • 200g caster sugar
  • 6 limes juiced
  • 3 oranges juiced
  • 4 lemons juiced
  • soda water to serve

The Instruction of fresh citrus soda

  • place the sugar and 200ml water in a saucepan over low heat stirring until the sugar has dissolved bring to the boil then decrease heat and simmer for 5 minutes set aside to cool
  • add the lime orange and lemon juice to the syrup you will need at least 200ml fruit juice and can vary the fruits depending on whether you like it sweet or sharp
  • pour a little juice in the base of each glass and top up with soda
