Chocolate Glaze


This shiny chocolate glaze makes any cake look like it has been baked in a professional kitchen.

The ingredient of Chocolate Glaze

  • 1 2 cup 125ml thin cream
  • 150g good quality dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 45g unsalted butter

The Instruction of chocolate glaze

  • to make the glaze topping place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat stirring occasionally until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients are well combined smooth and glossy
  • pour the glaze over the top of the cake
