The ingredient of Hot Choc Caramel
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 4 cup pure cream
- 2 cups milk
- 30g flake chocolate bar crumbled
The Instruction of hot choc caramel
- combine sugar and 1 tablespoon cold water in a saucepan over low heat bring to the boil reduce heat to medium simmer for 5 minutes or until sugar turns dark brown gradually stir in cream simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened slightly
- gradually stir in milk add two thirds of the flake cook stirring for 3 minutes or until milk simmers and nearly boils pour into warmed glasses top with remaining flake serve
