Chorizo Sausage Rolls

  • 1 sheet frozen butter puff pastry partially thawed
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • tomato relish to serve

  • heat a non stick frying pan over medium high heat add sausages cook turning often for 10 minutes or until cooked through cool
  • preheat oven to 220u00b0c 200u00b0c fan forced line a tray with baking paper cut pastry into quarters trim ends of cooled sausages place 1 sausage on each pastry square roll to enclose
  • place sausage rolls on prepared tray combine egg and milk together in a bowl brush sausage rolls sprinkle with sesame seeds bake for 20 minutes or until golden cut each roll into thirds serve with relish
