For an even tastier way to serve chorizo, wrap them in pastry and serve as finger food.

- 4 thick fresh chorizo sausages
- 1 sheet frozen butter puff pastry partially thawed
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 2 tsp milk
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- tomato relish to serve
The Instruction of chorizo sausage rolls
- heat a non stick frying pan over medium high heat add sausages cook turning often for 10 minutes or until cooked through cool
- preheat oven to 220u00b0c 200u00b0c fan forced line a tray with baking paper cut pastry into quarters trim ends of cooled sausages place 1 sausage on each pastry square roll to enclose
- place sausage rolls on prepared tray combine egg and milk together in a bowl brush sausage rolls sprinkle with sesame seeds bake for 20 minutes or until golden cut each roll into thirds serve with relish
