Cashew Milk


Allergic to dairy? Cashew milk is a great substitute and so easy to make. A little preparation and youre in nut heaven.

  • 1 cup raw cashews

The Instruction of cashew milk

  • place cashews in a glass or ceramic bowl cover with water cover with plastic wrap stand in a cool place overnight to soak
  • drain cashews and rinse well under cold running water drain again place cashews in a blender add 2 cups water blend on the highest speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until almost smooth
  • line a sieve with a piece of muslin set over a bowl or large jug strain cashew mixture through the lined sieve gather muslin together and twist to strain as much liquid as possible discard solids serve chilled see note
